There have been many misconceptions about the account that have existed for many years, and due to this, some have considered 1x1x1x1 to be a myth due to rumors of the account being that of a somewhat mysterious exploiter or hacker, some even claiming he had involvement with the 2012 April Fools Hacks. Though the rumors behind the account have been debunked, many Roblox users continue to believe them.

While 1x1x1x1 is mainly considered a hacker, some may consider him to be a myth due to his mysterious nature.

History

The original 1x1x1x1 account, now named "request59245234857238947", created their account on the 25th of October, 2007, originally as the purpose of a test account. At some point after the account creation, according to the former admin "MrDoomBringer", at some point, famous Roblox administrator Shedletsky would mention the "evil 1x1x1x1" in a post, this which then led to a user named Zuka, a known exploiter, to use exploits to spread the messages "He's coming back!" and "1x1x1x1 is coming for you!".[1]

From this, the rumor of 1x1x1x1 being a hacker would grow immensely, with it later involving users such as Minish, Dignity , and even Noli. Some rumors stated that 1x1x1x1 was a hacker himself, while others stated that 1x1x1x1 was a collective, which many notable Roblox hackers were a part of.

There were notably many rumors of 1x1x1x1 returning at many points, due to the avatar of 1x1x1x1 changing, as well as many users friending 1x1x1x1, especially during 2017, when the March 18th hacking was a popular thing. Both of these things can be explained however, with the first being a result of small Roblox updates, and the second being an exploit that was quite popular, allowing players to friend any user without them needing to accept the friend request.

Roblox would also eventually embrace 1x1x1x1, first referencing them in the description of the "Dark Crimson Egg of Nemesis", and later having Easter eggs of him in the 2019 Egghunt event, and in the Ready Player Two event. Eventually, 1x1x1x1 would also be featured in a major way, with him appearing as the final boss for the 2024 Roblox events "The Classic", and "The Games".

Appearance

1x1x1x1 most known avatar has a white torso, white arms, blue legs, and a "roundy" head, but has had a few different avatar looks throughout the years.

Personality and Traits

Due to being just a random account, 1x1x1x1 doesn't have a personality outside the backstory Shedletsky gave him.

  • 1x1x1x1's actual avatar is what inspired the use of the Roundy Head to be popularized by wannabe myths and hackers.
