”Intergateway, a place constructed in a void, by an Entity. One unnamed and all-powerful.” - Ozslum describing Intergateway

Intergateway is a game made by Ozslum, and is where all the simulations are found. The story is told through documents, which is player has to find throughout their journey around all the simulations.

Overview[]

Ozslum’s game does a good job of showcasing the story he tells; each simulation portrays a different mental disorder. The entity most likely wants Ozslum to gain knowledge of the real world. The game basically showcases 6 simulations, and at the end of each simulation, the player is granted a document explaining the main concepts of the simulation. The seventh and final simulation requires the badges of all the previous games to access the final document. Each simulation is special and different with different puzzles and ways to progress.

Walkthrough[]

The player spawns to see a loading screen, and to progress, the player must click “Explore The Simulations”. There are several portals; the player can enter the nearest portal. They will be kicked and will gain access to a document called ???. In this document it goes over how an entity created the simulations and how a boy named Ozslum was chosen to roam the simulations, collecting the documents and piecing together their past.

The player can then enter the first portal on the left by walking through it and clicking E, they will then be taken to Insanity. There are three parts in this simulation, the player must follow a lit-up path by walking on an invisible pathway.  The player will then see a floating box, touching this box takes the player to the next part of the simulation, Insanity: Depth 2.  In this simulation, the player must climb a box found in the top left corner of the map, then walk forward, leading them to the next box, reaching Insanity: Depth 3.  Here the player must jump twice on the invisible path to reach the box. Each level of Insanity slowly becomes harder and harder. The player will be kicked after touching the third floating box and will be given access to Insanity Truth.  The document that the player will receive explains the meaning of Insanity.

The second simulation is called Harmony. The player spawns as a ball of gas surrounded by people with trophies for heads. Here the player must jump on the heads of other players to reach a trophy with a flame in it, touching the flame will kick the player, giving them access to Slowdown Traits.

The third simulation is Where?. The player can walk over to a house. In this simulation they can touch a trap door bringing them inside the house, it can be found on the side of the house. A sign reads “CHANT VIDEO TITLE OUTLOUD” on the side of a wall inside the home. The player can touch a cup on a table which will make the map change and become distorted, they will then be kicked with a link to a video called “Henry Eats”. The player must then rejoin the game and chant “Henry Eats”. The player will be brought to another room which, shortly after, they will be kicked from with access to The Visions.

Lost is the fourth simulation.  In this, the player must complete a maze, searching for certain numbers in a code to progress; the code is 68373. They must find the place to type the code in chat, they can do this by completing the large maze. After entering the code they player will find and touch a white wall, they will be kicked from the game and given access to Pathfinder.

The fifth simulation is Survival. The player will walk on some train tracks, loud train audio will play and the player will be brought to Dissociating. In this game, there are four trains, each with four clickable parts, to get the document, the player must click the correct part of the train. This game requires luck over skill, there is only one correct ending out of sixteen. Once the player chooses the correct one, they’ll get access to Adaption.

The sixth simulation is Company. The player must complete certain tasks to progress. These tasks require the player to turn on certain computers and work for a few minutes, turning on each computer and clicking to type for a bit, to unlock the next door. The tasks get progressively harder and the hours, which pass like minutes in game, become longer. Once all four tasks are completed the player may walk through a door and be kicked, they will then have access to Exhaust.

The seventh, and final, simulation, End?. Here the player does not have to do much, they must walk through every portal, the portal will detect whether the player has the badge for each game or not. Once the player reaches the final portal, they will be kicked from the game and will earn End?.

??? The second one is Ex Nihilo. The player spawns in a grey area with a bunch of bridges and chains. The player must find Porcelains that gives the player morse code and they must type it into the Identification input on the left middle of the players screen. A person holding a trophy will spawn after typing it and one player must stand on the trophy while the other player solves the next Porcelain, There are about seven Porcelains, after you stand on the last trophy there is a option to 'Breakthrough' which teleports all people to the trophy and all players get the badge and win.

History[]

On 10/28/2018, Ozslum made his account. Here he would develop Intergateway. Intergateway is essentially a hub for 10+ games. However, Intergateway holds more than what meets the eye, including a link to a google document titled "???."

On 11/17/2019, Ozslum made Intergateway's first simulation known as "Insanity." Insanity is a three part puzzle game where the player must locate hidden platforms by looking at glowing tiles that appear on the floor. Completing all three parts of Insanity rewards the player with the badge "True madness" and a link to a google document titled "Insanity Truth."

On 12/17/2019, Ozslum made Intergateway's second simulation known as "Slow Down." Slow Down is an underground-ish hallway which takes roughly 12 minutes to travel, following you is a black orb of fire who will instantly kill when you are not looking at it. Completing Slow Down rewards the player with the badge "Path of Victory" and a link to a google document titled "Slowdown Traits."

On 12/17/2019, Ozslum made Intergateway's third simulation known as "Where?." Where? takes place outside and has a few jumpscare triggers. You eventually reach and enter a house with many stud decorations. Interacting with a cup on a coffee table gives you a link to a YouTube video called "Henry Eats." If you say Henry Eats in chat you will get teleported to the true ending. Completing Where? rewards the player with the badge "House of Horrors" and a link to a google document titled "The Visions.

On 01/6/2020, Ozslum made Intergateway's fourth simulation known as "Lost." Lost is a very intricate maze. With five numbers hidden around the map. After finding all five numbers the player must find the exit. Completing Lost rewards the player with the badge "Maze Runner" and a link to the google document titled "Pathfinder."

On 02/2/2020, Ozslum made Intergateway's fifth simulation known as "Identity." Identity has the player go through a series of rooms with certain objects. Completing Identity will reward the player with the badge "Traumatic Past" and a link to the google document titled "Mutuals."

On 04/1/2020, Ozslum made Intergateway's sixth simulation known as "Company." Company has the player travelling through a workplace turning on certain computers to progress through the day's of the week. Upon completion the player is rewarded with the badge "All Work and No Pay" and a link to the google document titled "Exhaust."

On 05/28/2020, Ozslum hit 20k visits. This would be the first milestone of many.

The final simulation, “End?”, was made on 12/14/2020. The player is tested here, they must have a badge from every simulation to earn the final badge, “End?”.

Trivia[]

  • Ozslum knows when someone has joined Intergateway and who it is.
  • It is said that the simulations in Intergateway may be changed again.

Theories[]

  • Each simulation is used to teach Ozslum a bit more about the real world.
    • Although it seems like the only knowledge Ozslum earns from the simulations is what they read in the documents, there is much more to it than that; each simulation revolves around a certain mental illness. This is most likely used to educate Ozslum along with the documents earned at the end of each simulation.
  • As Ozslum discovered more documents and completed more simulations, they could slowly piece together some of their past life.
    • Ozslum was chosen to live in Intergateway by the entity; it was not their choice to live there.
    • As Ozslum learns more and more about the real world using the documents, they may eventually start to remember their past life based on what they’ve learned.
