"Jubilant" ― Ionghall

IonghaII is a myth with games that have strange, mysterious, and dark undertones to his games. They are relatively short and use click triggers and teleports to progress.

Biography[]

The idea of suicide is brought up in Necropolis, and the idea of memory loss or dementia is brought up in Dementia. Ionghall seems to be affected by or causes these things, but in an unknown capacity or way. Lots of things are unknown, and not much is explained in further detail besides laying the foundation for what could be a developed story.

History[]

Dementia was made on 5/3/2018, it began to receive popularity  somewhere between 2018-2019, it was last updated on 7/22/2018. Necropolis was made on 4/18/2018, it hasn’t received much attention as Dementia, it was last updated on 7/22/2018. These games have become inactive over time.

Appearance[]

Ionghall's current appearance consists of the "Owl Mask" face accessory and the "Plain Light Blue Shirt" shirt. He supposedly wears the Owl Mask to differentiate himself from his clones to tell them apart. For skin tone, he wears a yellow head, a pale yellow left arm, and a black right arm and legs. He also can be seen wearing the "Red Corrupted Eye" accessory, though it doesn't show up on the "Currently Wearing" section of his profile.

Personality and Traits[]

Ionghall is seen to be very asocial. He refuses to talk to anyone else unless they are on his friend's list.

Games[]

Necropolis[]

When the player spawns, straight forward of spawn there is an entrance to a graveyard. The air is super foggy, and the atmosphere of the game is solemn because of the complete lack of color. In the first row of graves, at the right side from the entrance, you will see a rather peculiar mask, of some sort. More of a head. Touching it, will sen you to another game called Alter. This game is a long hallway with fog. At the end of the hallway there's a body in a pedestal, presumably from longhall, bu there's a transparent wall not allowing you to pass. This game is not made by lonhall, but rather one of the person in his group, micurle. Going back to Necropolis, in the row of gravestones with statues at top, in the left side you will find a statue with a Black Roman Helmet in it's pedestal. Touching the helmet will teleport you to another game called My Room. This game has not much special. Just a normal room, with a shelf full of figurines, posters, and a bed and a desk. There is a door which is unopenable. Going back to Necropolis, at the end of the graveyard there is a statue with an Owl mask being held near it, touching or interacting with the Owl mask teleports the player into a game called Sapling.

Dementia[]

When the player spawns, a ticking clock will be heard on the left side of the room, as well as a bed in the far left. Heading towards it, there is a small gap in between the wall and the bed that contains a doll resembling Ionghall. When the player clicks or presses the doll, a passage opens, going through the passage leads the player to another room. Going towards the right plant, there is another doll  by it. When the player clicks or presses the doll, a door opens. Going through, there is a hallway that leads to the final door, interacting or touching the door teleports the player into a game called Forest.

Going through the Forest, the player will be met with a sign that has an odd symbol engraved on it. Further on, going through the far left of the map you will see a figure resembling longhall staring at a worn down cabin. Heading inside this cabin, the player will be met with an indecipherable note, as well as a broken window, mug, an empty plate, and two knocked off chairs. Going behind the cabin, is a basement. When the player touches the trapdoor it will then teleport the player into a “Content deleted” area. The room is coated with red walls, Going around them will lead into nothing. Going back into the Forest in the far right, the player will be met with another trap door leading towards another game called Fallen, this game is similar from the “Content deleted” game, for they have the same format, but this one has white walls instead of red. When the player spawns, straight forward from the spawn, the player will see a hole on the far corner.

Zooming in this hole, the player will see another figure, resembling none as of the moment.

Sapling[]

Sapling continues the theme of the last game, and is equally foggy and monotone. There is a tree with two dead bodies hanging from the branches of the tree. On the other side of the floor of the island, there is a gargantuan human hanging from the floor.

Theories[]

  • The game "Dementia" is an abstract representation of the illness.
    • The forest represents the feeling of being lost.
    • The room at the start resembles an insane asylum, like that someone with a mental disease would be in.
    • Content Deleted is as if parts of the memory were "deleted", therefore nothing is there.
  • Ionghall's parents killed themselves
    • In the game, "Sapling" there are two bodies hanging from one tree
    • The tree was created using the sacrifice of two bodies, which is actually applicable to real life since blood can fertilize soil.
    • The tree found in the game is a metaphor for Ionghall.
      • Ionghall's mask, a piece of his identity, is used to teleport to the game.
    • The two parents killed themselves because of or for Ionghall, but as a result, Ionghall lives on.
  • The large body hanging under the game, "Sapling" is a symbol for the cycle of life.
    • As said before, sacrifices are made to create more life.
    • It perpetuates and suggests the existence of the cycle of life, then death, then life, and so on.
    • The body has died, but as a result, new life is created.
