"A meaty place to fight out your issues. Just be sure to keep it in the pit." ― Description of Meat Circus

Meat Circus is a game created by L40t. It's a game filled with a lot of gore and rather disturbing images so it's not for people who have a weak stomach. The lore to it is deep despite it having a large amount of memes.

Overview[]

Meat Circus is the place that L40t stores her heart which had grown outside of her body (it can be found above the Pit which was originally a sewage drainage pool). The Flesh that encases Meat Circus originates from when L40t placed her heart in the pool and it began to grow. One of her friends is trapped inside of the circus and provides the Flesh blood. Most of the game is about following the story while also finding the different teleports to continue throughout the games.

Walkthrough[]

The Meat Circus[]

When entering the Meat Circus game, the player is first surrounded by what appears to be muscle tissue, flesh, and intestines. This is not to be confused with a stomach. A pool of deadly acid which kills when touched sits underneath the entire circus. Inside the circus itself, the player will find a meat swing with a stand of messy pamphlets (it details what Gachis are and what Billy is). There's also the stands such as the Meat Clown stand or the Meat Dog stand. If the player walks up the spiraling intestine, L40t's heart along as some text which says "Her heart still beats... but is it still hers?". Next, the player will find a series of tables and chairs behind some bleachers. In front of those bleachers, the player will find the drainage pool or, as L40t calls it, the pit which has graffiti on it. There's a vent in the middle which will throw the player if they step on it. The player can get a fish sword and some other type of skull item. Exiting the pool will remove all items in the inventory. Walking up the stairs after the stands, there's a portal to a gate with an intercom and a particularly grumpy cloud like creature. When interacting with the gate, the player cannot enter, but the intercom will say something important. It will mention how only residents are able to enter and to identify a resident, the player has to have meat which is found inside the sewer. The cloud-like creature will mention how meat "fuels" the circus when speaking to him.

To find meat, the player has to find the sewer which is located behind the Meat Clown stand. The player can see the sewer if they walk past the rib bones and on top of the rusted sewer pipe which is facing the acid lake. Jumping on the boards and walking into the broken bars, a teleport will activate and the player will fall into a chamber with a creature sitting behind a table with a piece of rotten meat on top of it (it's advised to grab more than one piece). Also, be careful about dying on the teleport. You may break it and have to restart the server.

Talking to the creature (possibly a child of the Flesh), the player will be pressured to eat the meat. The game mechanics for the obby has changed to where the acid rises. Walking over the meat and gaining the item, they will have to complete an obby which will lead them to another massive, dark chamber with a demonic appearing monster crouched over. The obby can be very difficult but is confirmed possible. On top of the monster is a vent which will teleport the player into the pit. Don't exit with the meat immediately, drop it using the backspace key onto the edge of the pit, but don't touch the edge or else it'll disappear from the inventory. After that, the player should take the meat over to the portal to the gate, but entering will also remove the meat. There's a pathway above the portal which will teleport the player over to a pipe then into the gate area without clearing the inventory.

Equipping the meat will allow the player to enter through the gate, giving the opportunity to go through the elevators.

Meat Pumps[]

Once the player has gone through the elevators, they'll first enter a game which is simply a black screen with some audio. Then into another factory like game. Inside the game, there are pumps which are dispensing meat into boxes on top of the backs of robots. The player will have to look around the wooden boxes to find that one of them has an open back which when entering will teleport the player into a darker version of the factory. Inside there, the player can see that there are multiple creatures made out of grey matter. There's one massive one in the middle which is bigger than the rest. One of the creatures can be talked to and when the player clicks the dialog, they will be introduced to some options such as "a" which is the most important. Clicking the "a" option will get the creature to say that Billy was split into three pieces. After finishing the dialog, the player can go back into the elevators to teleport to Meat Circus After Hours

Meat Circus After Hours[]

Inside of this game, an NPC L40t will speak to the player directly, but will only say that she doesn't care and that she has things to do. Continuing to walk around, everything will be out of order including the meat ferris wheel and the stands. There's only one visible NPC which is the Fortune Teller who will tell a fortune by teleporting the player to another game.

Fortune[]

The game the player enters is extremely chaotic and filled with gachis. Most importantly, L40t and gtyler2001 are speaking in the chat. Tyler speaks similar to a preacher who has gone insane because of his god, Billy, since he's asking something to give Billy to him (supposedly because Billy was split into Mind, Body, and Flesh). After listening to Tyler's speech, the dialog ends with yellow text saying that the trial is over and the Fortune Teller says that that's all the player gets to see. There's a bright white light which teleports back to the circus.

Meat Circus After Hours (Part 2)[]

L40t begins by telling the player to come take a seat behind the bleachers that face the pit. She'll tell the player the story of how her heart grew too large to be sustained and that Tyler appeared coincidentally to help before teleporting to another game.

The other game has Lilith a.k.a. L40t and a mysterious friend dubbed "???". Lilith and ??? have a conversation about the abandoned sewage plant they're standing at. They decide to put her heart inside the drainage pool which became the pit.

The next game teleport has Lilith and gtyler2001 who talk about the "Flesh" which is assumed to be what protects L40t's heart. They have to provide it blood so they trap Lilith's friend inside of the facility and she's still down there to this day.

Meat Man[]

Meat man is a side game to the circus when the player consumes the rotten meat. The player is made of meat and looks like a child of the Flesh. The game itself is bland with a bunch of NPCs running around looking like red droplets of blood or white players. The dialog throughout all of the games until Grow, Consume, Expand is just "blah bwa" or "a". Using the tool in the inventory, the player can throw the NPCs and a loud pitched scream plays after. Walking to the pit and falling inside teleports to the next game.

Come my child...[]

The next game is called "Come my child..." which features a white orb with some skulls and flesh around it. The dialog isn't that important, but it just tells the player to come. Entering the orb teleports to a blurry version of Meat Circus.

Leave this place...[]

When entering the next game, the player appears inside of the gate of Meat Circus. The intercom will ask where the player is going, telling them they shouldn't go out, but then letting them proceed. The cloud like creature will talk to the player as well, but only responding with dialog such as "Finally grew a mind?" then "No need to get violent..." or "I stand corrected." Once navigating around the circus all the way to the stands, it allows the player to talk to the creatures but only saying "aggHHhhH" like dialog. Continuing to the entrance of the circus will kill then teleport the player to next game.

Grow, Consume, Expand[]

In Grow, Consume, Expand, the player appears as the same monster inside of a forest. Walking to the end, there's nothing more than some rocks. Waiting will teleport the player to the next game.

In the next game which is a copy other than the blurriness and the player having their own avatar, the player can walk to the end to find a heap of flesh. Touching the flesh kicks with the message saying GROW CONSUME EXPAND over and over.

Meat Clown[]

One of the stands contains a vendor who sells "meat clowns". Meat clowns appear to be little faces created out of meat. When talking to the vendor, they will not sell you a meat clown, but will say something along the lines of "Or else what? You'll come back here with a fish and beat the crap outta me?" The player can do just that by grabbing a fish sword from the arena and exiting the pit (make sure to throw the sword onto the edge and not exiting immediately since the arena clears the inventory). Then once the player is out of the pit, they can head back over to the meat clown stand and enter the meat clown area while equipping the sword.

Then, a teleport will activate and send the player to another game, On Top of the Clown Stack, which then they will have to complete an easy but time consuming moving parkour. Jumping onto the closest meat stack, onto the next lower meat stack, then onto the bigger and taller meat stack will help the player with the parkour. At the top of the stack is the Meat Clown which when touched will teleport to a different game to begin the fight.

It's good to note that the player can die with no repercussions so they are allowed to die as many times as they want in the fight. The Meat Clown does nearly half a bar of damage each hit meaning one could die from three hits. Once completed, they will be teleported to another game that shows the Meat Clown after being defeated. The dialog tells them to look over there to find the meat clown, but not specifying where. Touching the walls will teleport the player to another game.

A meat clown will descend from the sky slow as ever until finally being visible to the player, but they will be kicked and the message will read "An Error has occurred."

The portals are still a little glitchy, but it's possible to reach most areas.

Trivia[]

  • There are three parody games: Meat Circus 2: Meaty Boogaloo, Meat Circus 3: Where's the beef?, and Meat Circus 4: Its just a baseplate.
  • There's another game made by L40t to test out Meat Circus called Squishy Room.
  • Before the meat existed and the sewers were updated, the player had to bring a meat dog into the gate room in order to pass.
  • The creature inside the chamber underneath the pit is L40t's old friend who was trapped inside the facility. This is assumed to be correct due to a game by Silvathelorekeeper picturing the friend as the monster. and the friend being one of her sisters

Theories[]

  • The games story has been finished a while ago, if you actually complete the game most of the mysteries of this myth will be solved. (:
