"Something has changed since we went to sleep" ― MrAmbrus' Story
MrAmbrus is an old myth from 2016 with a game that's been featured in places such as the Creepypasta Wiki. He is rarely ever online and is a part of the group concinnity().
Biography[]
MrAmbrus never had the time to do menial tasks such as cleaning, the house remained dirty. He hired a maid to clean his property.
Five years after hiring her, the maid committed suicide mysteriously. However after this, Ambrus felt that something strange when the house was mysteriously being cleaned despite him not doing it. He hears tapping on the walls but chooses to ignore them. He knows something has changed ever since she was gone but he does not know why. He has began to see things that he shouldn't be seeing. He has become delusional.
History[]
MrAmbrus's account was made on the 15th of May, 2016. His only game was made on the same day. It's received small updates rarely throughout its time on the platform, most being unnoticeable. It was last updated on the 11th of May, 2018. On 12/26/2018, Roblox Myth's Intelligence Agency agent, Dhallwial123alt, made a quick, official report of his findings.
On the 29th of August, 2020, MrAegeus joined the group "concinnity()" and on the 12th of September, 2020, he had a clue left to what his story is in the description of the group's game.
Appearance[]
MrAmbrus wears no accessories or clothing, instead having blue legs, a red torso and a white head and arms.
Personality and Traits[]
MrAmbrus has never been seen in game and likely never will be. How he behaves will remain a mystery as of now and likely forever.

The title translated to "Maid (Slang)" or "Girls' High School (Slang)".
In this game, you spawned in a black & white house with an eerie ambience playing the background, the game is in first person and you can't zoom out. The house is mostly empty, one room contains an chair and a mirror reflecting the room, an bathroom, however, in the halls contains an stool and a noose on the ceiling (hinting of someone's death). Some of the lights here are flickering.
The game is known for its eerie atmosphere and various occurances of paranormal activity, for instance, there is a chance where three lines of morse code will appear in the bottom left corner, they translate to: "SHE IS HERE", "DO NOT SEE HER" and "WHY DID YOU DO THIS".
The most notable instances of these occurances is the presence of a ghostly female figure (possibly the maid), she is described to have black hair, wearing a black dress and a mask, her arms are skinny long and contorted. she is usually spawned in both one of the empty rooms & inside the mirror with her arms moving from side to side along with her torso before vanishing, she runs on insane speed and when she touches you, you die.
Her mask can occasionally been seen flashing by the wall behind the noose.
In the bathroom, there is also another chance where the room gets entirely covered in ink and an blob-like creature covered in the same substance (possibly the maid) will be spawned at the same time before again vanishing.
Outside of the locked door in one of the rooms is an garden that is said to contain trees, fences and the maid's grave.
Theories[]
- The Maid spoken of in the title of the game is deceased and haunting the house.
- In the clue left in concinnity's description, it's said that "we feel like things have been cleaned without anyone cleaning them", suggesting a spectral maid
- There are occasionally times in the game where a ghostly woman is visible to see. This is likely the maid.
- Ambrus abused The Maid which resulted in her suicide and now craves revenge.
- One of the morse codes questions Ambrus into why he "did this".
- This could suggest that Ambrus did something horrible that led to her suicide. It is possible he might had took advantage of and abused her physically or verbally.
- Her behavior type is reminiscent of an Onryo, a vengeful spirit (yurei) from Japanese mythology.
- Onryos are typically potrayed depicted as wrong women who were traumatized, envied, disappointed, bitter, or just furious by what happened during life and exact revenge in death.
- Onryos can also be depicted as having unkempt long hair (a popular example is Sadako Yamamura/Samara Morgan from The Ring franchise) which The Maiden is likely to have.
- This is just a minor note but the title of the game is set in japanese, strengthening the connection.
- Onryos are typically potrayed depicted as wrong women who were traumatized, envied, disappointed, bitter, or just furious by what happened during life and exact revenge in death.
- As said in the Game section, there is a chance for her to show up as an blob-like monster in the bathroom (now dirty and stained). It is possible that her presence in that room might be symbolic of a trauma she had in her past life, she is covered in ink, filth... I'll leave this part open for you to think about as the implications of it can be quite very dark for this wiki.
- It seems that in order for The Maiden to find peace in the afterlife, she must murder the person who was unjust towards her. That person unfortunately being Ambrus. We can only speculate on how long he will last in his now haunted home...
