Nims is a classic Roblox myth, with no known account attached to them. They are an entity that has been reported to abduct children (deemed lost after being taken by Nims).

Biography[]

Nims is one of the first myths to be investigated by Roblox's Myths, back in 2009. It was because of multiple reports of an abnormally large creature lurking near places, specifically with a decent children population, and multiple missing players reports, where they have been last seen in situations where they were alone or upset in some way. It is theorized that Nims manifests more in children who have been affected by negative feelings, varying from sadness to rage. It is unknown if Nims's ability is limited to only children or if it prefers them more than adult individuals because children are more common to express feelings instead of containing them. Nims' origin or reason for why it abducts children is unknown.

Initially, Nims was unable to be captured because of its rare appearances accompanied by children in forest-like and crowded-like places where it is hard to locate, Unfortunately, a way hasn't yet been found to lure it into a Containment Chamber or contain it at all but, it manifests some times in the facility, more concretely when a child of his choosing is in the facility. Visual contact with Nims must be avoided at all times, it has been proven with incidents that Nims will be hostile if a line of sight is maintained between an individual and it.

Nims doesn't seem to pick random children with these feelings and abducted them, it chooses wisely a specific target, studies it, stalks it, and finally abducts them.

Nims cares very much about the children they are attached to. They would kill, hurt, vandalize, or even trap anyone or anything that wishes to harm the child. They will act hostile when it's found without a selected target of his choosing or when it's attempting to protect one of his abducted children. Nims is also known to hunt myth-hunters, and anyone similar to them.

As of now Nims has been successfully contained and being researched with test subjects in RM's Containment Facility, most tests end with the test subject being terminated by either Nims or the security (most test subjects do not follow orders when entering the "Nims Containment Chamber").

Appearance[]

Nims is depicted as a tall, slender, white figure (2.50 meters tall) with no facial features - except two red glowing eyes. Nims' arms are 1.5 meters long, allowing them to easily reach further compared to regular Robloxians. They also have more defined features than the usual blocky characters.
