"Requiem: an act or token of remembrance" ― Description of Requiem
Requiem is a large chamber lined with several rooms along the walls the middle containing a statue near a glowing door.
Overview[]
In “Requiem” the player comes face to face with a statue holding a sign saying “Through the land of the dead, deep within the trees, a game begins, revealing what you need.” It talks about the entrance of “The Corrupted Mirror”. It's a sanctuary which somewhere in it holds a way to get into the mirror. Unlike other mirrors the player doesn't go through it willingly and it doesn't show up as a mirror. The player falls into it which gives the impression the player sends the player's soul into another dimension. The Corrupted Mirror is the land of the dead. “Requiem” is a bridge for the living to reach the dead.
Walkthrough[]
The player spawns in one of the few chambers, following that, the player will get out of the chamber and enter a large room. The room contains a statue in the middle of it, holding an ornate stone tablet with ”Through the land of the dead, deep within the trees, a game begins, revealing what you need,” engraved on it. The player, after exploring the chamber, will go towards the large glowing door which will teleport them to a staircase. Once the player goes down the staircase, they will find themselves in another room. The room is submerged in water, with water falling from the ceiling. The room has a glowing key and a glowing door. The door will lead the player to the previous game, The City, and the key will make the player fall into “The Corrupted Mirror” and get teleported into “Trees”.
