"Czasami, te klawisze wysyłają się do miejsc, o których chcesz zapomnieć." ― Transcendence {transcendencja}
Transcendence {transcedencja} is a game created by IAm_TheKey. The game takes place on an island ruled by "She", who has trapped prisoners and souls on it.
Overview[]
"Transcendence" is a game created by IAm_TheKey. It’s an expansive map built with chiefly studs; it resembles an island surrounded by floating boats and cages suspended in the air. It uses lots of triggers that are hidden around the map to have text appear. There are creatures found throughout the island that have changing text above them, as well as there is a person trapped in a cage. The prisoner is named Vincent. He has been kept as a prisoner for centuries and has useful information about how to leave Transcendence. “She” rules the land in Transcendence, seeming to be why there are prisoners and souls trapped on the island. There is also a familiar symbol on one of the buildings, which is known from the myth group, “concinnity()”.
Walkthrough[]
Once the player spawns, they will be inside a village surrounded by cages and other objects. If the player goes to the side of the village, they will be able to go down into an underground area that seems to resemble a dungeon. On the bottom floor of this area, the player can find creatures with text above them.
One of the creatures is tall, white, and has text above them that constantly changes. The phrases that can appear above the creatures are “She is coming”, “Come back”, “She is dead”, “Infestation”, “It crawls”, “Corpse”, “Help me”, and “Rotting here.” A different humanoid creature can be found that is smaller than the first and is dark. It has text above it that says “dusza.” The text above the creature translates to “soul” in Polish. The “souls” can also be found in some cages around the game, along with stud humanoid. If the player walks up to the cage containing the stud creature, the dialogue will appear at the top of their screen. The dialogue goes as:
“???: ...
Who are you?
???: I am Vincent
Why are you here?
Vincent: I am trapped. How did you get here?
I found a portal, but once I entered. I could not return.
Vincent: Wait, which portal?
What do you mean? There is only one portal.
Vincent: Well where I was at, there were multiple.
Well I came from Poland and I want to return. Is there any way for me to return?
Vincent: No. Well maybe, but good luck trying to. She keeps us prisoners here.
I know that, but how do I get out?
Vincent: You don’t need to be rude. She is the key to escape.
So what does that mean?
Vincent: You have to kill her. It is your only chance.
And how do I do that?
Vincent: I do not know. You should try to look for Samuel. He could help you.
Where is he?
Vincent: Like again, I do not know. He disappeared ever since she showed up.
When did she come here?
Vincent: I do not know, she only showed up here 200 years ago.
It is 2018 just to let you know.
Vincent: Wow, it has been that long?
Yes
Vincent: Well anyways, good luck locating him.”
When the player spawns, if they walk behind them and to the left, they will find two statues near the edge of the world. Walking in between these statues causes text to display on the player’s screen that says, “Something about these statues unnerves me..” If the player goes back to the spawn, they can go to the right and behind them to find a bridge connected to a tower. Walking under an archway at the bridge will cause the text “(You want to escape, but you have no choice)” to appear. If the player looks to the right of them in the ocean, they can see a fleet of boats.
As the player spawns, if they walk towards the bridge in front of them and then drop to the left and reach the level where the creatures and cages are, the player must then go to the left edge of that level and they will see a bridge by two cages stacked onto each other. If they walk through the bridge text will appear that says “(Freedom doesn’t exist)”, “(Just give up)”, “(You have angered her)”, “(Do you care?)”, “(Just be happy with what you have have)”, “(You can make this place better)”, “(Just do what she says)”, “(Why can’t you be normal?)”, “(Do you listen!?)”, “(I’d be running if I were you)”.
Then, the player can head back to the cages and should see another bridge opposite the one they had just come from. If they go through that bridge more text appears that states, “What are they? They look strangely humanoid.”
If the player spawns again, they can travel across the small bridge in front of them and take a left where they can find a cemetery. If the player walks into the cemetery, the text, “A cemetary. I wonder who is buried here. “ will appear at the top of their screen.
Back at the spawn, if the player takes a left and goes past the houses, they will find a short bridge that they can walk across. Walking across the bridge will cause the text “What is that thing? Disgusting.” In the area the player is now in, they can see an altar. Touching the altar will cause the dialogue “A strange altar.” to appear.
If the player goes back to the spawn area, they should go to the top right side of the map, where they can find a large confusing building consisting of lots of staircases and rooms. At the top of the building, a portal can be found. If the player walks through the portal, they will be teleported to a green area with large buildings. Straight from the portal, a building can be seen with the symbol that is associated with concinnity() on top of it.
