2 days ago, the known Roblox myth TOWNGOS announced that the myth would go on a temporary hiatus for multiple reasons. To start things off, the original TOWNGOS decided to announce his retirement from the myth due to being harassed by multiple people about a former TOWNGOS developer who stole models. He also announced that he would sell the myth for more than 7,000 robux.

Shortly after announcing this, he proceeded to jokingly leak fake personal information that was sent to him by a discord user known as “Miserable”. He was then harassed even more because the people harassing him didn’t know that it was a joke, and was exiled in groups such as Robloxian Myth Hunters and Paradox of Myths. After leaking the supposed personal information, he gave the Roblox account to one of his newer developers. After conducting a poll on whether or not the myth should retire, both TOWNGOS’s agreed for the myth to go on a temporary hiatus.

Here is what the new TOWNGOS had to say: “we are taking a temporary break to rework the myth and its lore, TOWNGOS will return much better than before.”
